No. Where possible, we use the platform's authorised business/Page access. If you'd rather not give access at all, we can supply finished content for you to post yourself.
Can I approve content before it goes live?
Yes. New promotional content is sent for approval so you can confirm prices, offers, dates and other factual details before publication.
Do you guarantee sales or followers?
No. We provide professional content and use available performance data to improve it, but we do not guarantee specific sales, follower numbers, reach or enquiries.
Is Facebook or Instagram advertising included?
Paid advertising is separate. Any platform ad budget would be agreed with you in advance and kept separate from your monthly content-management fee.
What if my business has no social media yet?
